Boxer License Application
Apply for an annual BXA professional boxer license. All licensed boxers must meet BXA professional, medical, ethical and regulatory standards.
What You Will Need
- Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, government ID
- Professional boxing record and current weight division
- Medical examination, blood tests, neurological clearance, eye examination
- Previous suspension history
- Manager / trainer information and emergency contact
- Anti-doping consent and consent to BXA rules
Fee: Boxer License (annual): $150 – $300, based on division and ranking.
