A BXA Champion represents the highest standard of professional boxing in his or her division. BXA recognizes one World Champion per division and one official championship pathway. The title belongs to the division, the sport and the public trust.
BXA Championship Titles

| BXA Continental Champion | Recognized for Europe, Americas, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Eurasia. |
| BXA Intercontinental Champion | Title for boxers competing across multiple regions. |
| BXA National Champion | National-level title recognized under BXA rules where approved. |
| BXA Official Challenger | The boxer designated to challenge the BXA World Champion. |
One Champion Policy
BXA does not recognize the following labels in the same division:
• Regular Champion / Super Champion / Franchise Champion
• Diamond Champion / Silver Champion / Gold Champion
• Champion in Recess as a separate active champion
Where a champion is medically or legally unavailable, BXA may declare the title vacant, order an interim solution or order a championship bout to restore one recognized champion.
Mandatory Defense Periods
