Appeal / Reconsideration Request
File a formal appeal against a BXA decision. Appeals are reviewed by the BXA Appeals Committee, which issues written decisions and protects due process.
What You Will Need
- The decision being appealed and its date
- The committee or body that issued it
- Grounds for appeal and the outcome requested
- Supporting documents and evidence
Fee: Appeal Filing Fee: $250 (refundable if the appeal is upheld).
