Sanctioning

BXA sanctioning confirms that a professional boxing contest has been reviewed and approved under BXA rules, safety standards and championship criteria. A BXA sanction does not replace the authority of any local, state, national or governmental boxing commission.

How to Apply for BXA Sanctioning — Step by Step

    Submit Application

    Promoter submits the BXA Event Sanctioning Application with all required event and boxer details.

    Record & Eligibility Review

    BXA reviews boxer records, ranking status, medical eligibility and suspensions.

  3. 3

    Championship Committee Review

    If the bout involves a BXA title, the Championship Committee reviews and approves.

  4. 4

    Medical & Safety Approval

    Medical Committee confirms required documents, ringside medical plan and emergency protocols.

  5. 5

    Officials Appointment

    Officials Committee appoints referees, judges, supervisors and inspectors.

  6. 6

    Sanction Letter Issued

    BXA issues an official sanction letter if approved.

  7. 7

    Event Supervision

    BXA Supervisor attends or remotely supervises the event and submits an official report.

  8. 8

    Result Confirmation

    BXA confirms the official result, updates rankings and publishes any title changes.

Boxer License (annual) $150 – $300 Based on division and ranking.
Promoter Registration (annual) $500 – $1,500 Based on territory and event volume.
Manager / Agent Registration (annual) $200 – $500 —
Officials License (annual) $100 – $250 Per category (referee, judge, supervisor).
Ranking Review / Reconsideration $100 Non-refundable application fee.
Appeal Filing Fee $250 Refundable if appeal is upheld.
